You can enroll at any Jakes Hamburgers location. Alternatively, you can enroll in the Rewards Program by completing the Online Registration Form.Does it cost anything to become a member?
No, there is no charge for becoming a member of the Rewards Program. There are no annual fees and the program is free to join.What do I need to register?
When you register your membership, you will be asked to provide your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.After I register, what do you do with my information?
We use this information to send you information on exciting offers and timely promotions. We also use it to send updates on changes to the program and to keep you apprised of your account activity. Your phone number is necessary to look up your account. Please note that we will never share your information with a third party beyond the rewards program.Why do I have to register my membership?
Registration allows you to track your account activity, such as points balance, simply by logging in. For card carrying members, it also allows us to replace your card in the event it is lost or stolen. As a registered member, you can also elect to receive special offers and promotions via email or text. Member registration is required to redeem rewards.Do I need a different member number for each Jakes location?
No, you may use the same rewards number at any Jakes location.
Points and ReferralsWhat are the program rewards and how do I earn them?
Every time you make a purchase, you are awarded one point for each dollar spent on all food, beverage, and merchandise purchases*. When you reach 50 points, a $2.50 reward is automatically placed on your rewards number. You can also earn rewards on your friend's (referral's) purchases. From time to time, we may provide special rewards upon registration. These special rewards will have expiration dates and limitations that will be communicated in your confirmation email.
*Note: Points are also not awarded on purchases made using rewards dollars and gift cards.
You may go online to Our Rewards Page. When you get to the Rewards Page select Login, and enter your user name and password. Once logged, you can check your account balance by selecting the "Account Balance" link. You can also check your transaction history by selecting the "Transaction History" link. You may also ask a team member in the restaurant to check the balance on your card for you.Will my points expire if I don't use them immediately?
No, points only expire after one year of inactivity on your account.Can I earn points for referring people to the program?
Yes, once you are an enrolled member, you can refer people to the program and earn additional rewards on all their purchases. You will automatically earn half a point for each dollar your linked referral spends at Jakes. Please note that your referral cannot be an enrolled member.How do I refer people / How do I get credit for my referrals?
To refer your friends via email, text, or Facebook, simply follow the instructions included in your confirmation email.
You can also bring your referrals into a Jakes location and ask for the manager on duty. Let the manager know that you are the referring member of your party. The manager will enroll your friends and link them to your member number. You will then automatically earn rewards on all their purchases.
You don't earn points for some items, such as tips or items paid for with your rewards dollars.Do I earn points for call-in orders?

Cardless ProgramHow does the cardless program work?
For the cardless program, your mobile / phone number will serve as your rewards number. After enrollment, you will simply provide your phone number at time of payment for each transaction instead of having to provide a rewards card.
Card OptionWhat if I want to have a card?
If you are registering at a Jakes location, simply request a card at the time of enrollment. If you are registering online, complete the online form. Then you can go to any location and request a card number for your account. Simply provide your ID and phone number and the manager on duty will be able to provide a card for your account.What happens if I don't have my card with me when I visit Jakes?
If you have registered your card, a team member will be able to look up your rewards account by the phone number you used to register the card. You will then be able to earn points for purchases made during that visit.What happens if I lose my card?
If your card is registered, we can transfer your points balance and rewards value to a new card. To replace a registered card, please contact a manager at a Jakes location and provide your rewards card number. If you don't know your card number, we can look up your account information with your name and phone number. If your card is not registered, we will not be able to transfer your points or rewards.Where can I find my rewards number and my referral ID on the card?
Both can be found on the back of your Jakes Word-of-Mouth Rewards Card. The card number is the 12-digit number.
